• By registering, uploading data, requesting consultancy services, or accessing blogs and other resources, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

• Agri Analyze may revise these Terms at any time by updating them on our website. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

2.2 Account Information:

• To use services, you must register using WhatsApp and email OTP verification.
• You are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your Name, University, Email, and WhatsApp number.

2.3 Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity or security breach.

3.1 Data Analysis:

Registered users can upload data in CSV or other formats for analysis and interpretation of research data.

3.2 Research Consultancy:

On-demand consultancy services are available to assist users with research-related queries and methodologies.

3.3 Blogs and Resources:

Agri Analyze provides educational content, including blogs on research methodology, available to all users.

3.4 Service Availability:

Agri Analyze aims to provide uninterrupted services. However, access may be temporarily unavailable during planned maintenance, system upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. Users will be notified in advance wherever possible.

3.5 Beta Features:

Agri Analyze may occasionally release beta tools for testing and user feedback. These tools are offered "as-is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

4.1 Free and Paid Services:

• Some features, such as access to blogs or YouTube tutorials are free.
• Data analysis and research consultancy may incur charges, which will be communicated in advance prior to use of the feature.

4.2 Fee Changes:

Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance

4.3 Payment Terms:

Users must pay all fees in the specified currency using approved payment methods.

4.4 Refund Policy:

All payments made for data analysis and consultancy services are non-refundable. Once a service is provided, no refunds or cancellations will be granted, except in cases where Agri Analyze fails to deliver the agreed-upon service. Refund requests for service failures will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Agri Analyze integrates third-party APIs for certain functionalities. We do not control these third-party services and shall not be responsible for their performance, accuracy, or availability. Any issues arising from third-party dependencies (e.g., API failures, outages, or incorrect data processing) are not the responsibility of Agri Analyze.

6.1 Data Usage & Ownership:

• Users retain full ownership of the data they upload to Agri Analyze. Agri Analyze does not claim ownership over user data but is granted a limited license to process it for analytical purposes. Processed results are provided as output, and users hold ownership of the resulting insights, except for aggregated or anonymized statistical summaries used for research and platform improvement. Data shared for consultancy purposes will be treated confidentially.

6.2 Privacy Policy:

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.

6.3 Data Deletion Request:

Users may request the deletion of their user account and the information by contacting Agri Analyze at contact@agrianalyze.com with email subject “Deletion of Account”. Upon receiving a request, we will delete the account and the data associated with it within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal, accounting, or operational purposes.

7.1 Ownership:

All content, including blogs and analytical tools, is the intellectual property of Agri Analyze. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify this content without permission.

7.2 Prohibited Use:

Users shall not upload, share, or transmit data through the platform that:

• (a) contains harmful, offensive, or illegal content;
• (b) infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights; or
• (c) jeopardizes the functionality, security, or integrity of Agri Analyze services.

7.3 Content License:

If users contribute content (e.g., blogs, comments, or other materials), they grant Agri Analyze a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute the content in any media.

7.4 Open-Source Acknowledgments:

Agri Analyze utilizes third-party open-source libraries under various licenses, including but not limited to the MIT License and GPL-3 License. Users acknowledge that these components are governed by their respective licenses. Agri Analyze does not claim ownership of these libraries nor their computational accuracy and adheres to the respective licensing requirements.

Agri Analyze is not responsible for any errors, inaccuracies, or unintended results arising from the use of third-party open-source libraries. While we strive to ensure the correctness of our analysis, we do not warrant that computations performed using these libraries will be free from errors. Users are advised to verify results independently before applying them to research or decision-making.

Agri Analyze reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the following cases:

• (a) Failure to verify registration details.
• (b) Violation of these Terms or upload of prohibited content.
• (c) Evidence of misuse or illegal activity.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by contacting us at contact@agrianalyze.com.

Agri Analyze shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, cyberattacks, government actions, pandemics, power failures, or third-party service disruptions. Services may be suspended or delayed under such conditions.

• The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Agri Analyze disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the accuracy of analytical results or consultancy advice.
• Agri Analyze does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
• The features developed on Agri Analyze are tested by testers; however, we request researchers to go through the methodology of the computation of the feature once to avoid any misinterpretation of the results or errors in application to their specific research context. Users are solely responsible for verifying the methodology and conclusions before applying them to their work.

Agri Analyze and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the services, including but not limited to:

• (a) Loss of data.
• (b) Loss of revenue or anticipated profits.
• (c) Loss of business opportunities or goodwill.

While we take security measures, we do not guarantee complete protection against unauthorized access or hacking.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navsari, Gujarat.

Agri Analyze reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the website.
